The Cellar
The wine cellar is an essential component of La Torre, and making it accessible without altering the historical identity of the place was a long and challenging task.
The result is particularly evocative, and above all, it ensures the proper conservation of bottles under controlled temperature and humidity conditions.. In our wine list, you will find a wide selection of great Italian classics, particularly from Veneto and Alto Adige among whites, and from Tuscany and Piedmont among reds. We also offer labels from all other Italian regions, ranging from Valle d’Aosta to Sicily. A special and detailed space is dedicated to the wines of our region. Alongside well-established and renowned producers, we continually introduce new entities, both large and small, sometimes even tiny – true wine artisans. We’ve also reserved a special focus on France, offering an extensive selection from the Loire to Provence, Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Alsace. However, you will also find a variety of wines from Germany, Austria, the USA, New Zealand, and Spain in our wine list.
